How to Apply Tropretty Nails

1) Clip your nails to your nail bed length.

For the best results, it is recommended that the length of your natural nails matches the length of your natural nail bed.

2) Push back your cuticles with a cuticle stick.

Gently pushing back your cuticles creates more space for the press-on nails, allowing them to adhere better and preventing any gaps.

3) File and buff your nails with nail file.

Filing and buffing your nails creates a smooth, even surface for the press-ons to adhere to, improving their longevity and preventing lifting.

4) Clean your nails with an alcohol wipe.

Cleaning your nails with an alcohol wipe removes any oils, dust, or residue, ensuring that the adhesive sticks properly and your press-on nails stay secure.

5) Choose the right nail sizes.

To choose the correct size, place the press-on nail over your natural nail to see if it covers the entire nail bed without overlapping onto your skin. The press-on should fit comfortably and align with your nail shape. On the back of each press-on nail, you'll find a small number indicating its size. This number helps you match the corresponding nail size for the same finger on the other hand, ensuring symmetry. Typically, a set includes 15 different sizes !

6) Apply:

a) Using nail glue (for longer-lasting results):

Apply a generous amount of nail glue on the back of the press-on nail, and a small drop to the center of your natural nail, then hold the press-on nail in a 45 degree angle into your cuticle and press it down firmly onto your natural nail. Hold for 10-15 secs to secure it in place.

b) Using adhesive tabs:

Choose the size of the sticker tab that matches exactly your nail bed width and length and apply it to your natural nail. Repeat this step for all your nails. Then, peel off the backing of the sticker tabs, leaving the glue sticking on your nail. Hold the press-on nail in a 45 degree angle into your cuticle and press it down firmly onto your natural nail. Hold for 10-15 secs to secure it in place.

Important Note:

It is recommended to avoid getting your hands wet for 2-3 hours after applying press-on nails. This allows for the glue to fully set, ensuring better durability.

How to Remove Tropretty Nails

1) Soak your nails in warm soapy water with any type of oil for 10-15 minutes.
2) Use a cuticle stick to gently lift up the press-on nail from the sides and remove it. If the nail won't budge or lift, re-soak nails for longer.
3) Buff off any residual adhesive tabs or nail glue with a nail file. Store and reuse!
